Marina M. Richards is a board certified primary care physician dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health. Her approach is based on combining the latest advances of scientific western medicine with acupuncture and complementary healing modalities.

She uses acupuncture in the treatment of migraine, chronic pain, neuralgia, dizziness, stroke rehabilitation, and other conditions including chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, etc.

Dr. Marina Richards completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, the University Hospital of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Currently she is an attending physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital and instructor in clinical medicine at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University.

She is one of the first physicians who introduced acupuncture and changed its perception in the medical community by teaching an annual course on the scientific basis and clinical applications of acupuncture at Columbia University. She has served as a consultant on International Women's Health at the United Nations.
